Products That Surprise me #1: Lubriderm / Productos que me sorprendieron #1: Lubriderm

Hello everyone, how are you guys? Since I didn’t have any May favorites, I decided to do a post and video on an idea I had been thinking about for a while. That is, making a post on products that have surprised me, in that they have exceeded my expectations in quality, and usefulness. So now I’ll leave you guys with the first of these products, why I thought I wouldn’t like them and why they won me over.

Hola ¿como están? Porque no tuve favoritos de mayo decide hacer un post y video sobre una idea en que he estado pensando últimamente. La idea fue hacer un post sobre los productos que me han sorprendido, en que excedieron mis excepciones de cualidad y utilidad. Entonces aquí les dejo con el primero de estos productos, porque pensé que no me gustarían y porque al fin me gustaron.

1.     Lubriderm Dermatologist Developed Daily Moisture Lotion (Normal to Dry Skin)

First impressions/ Primeras reacciones: I didn’t think I would like it because I like lotions with thicker consistency. I really have no idea why but in my head the theory is the thicker the better for dry skin. I also didn’t think I would like it because I was comparing it to Aveeno right off the bat and didn’t like the lighter consistency of this one.

No pensé que me gustaría porque me gustan mejor las cremas que son más espesos. En verdad no sé porque pero tengo en la mente esta teoría de que si lo mas espeso lo mejor para la piel. También no pensé que me gustaría porque la estaba comparando a Aveeno desde el principio y no me gusto la consistencia de esta.

Second impressions/ Segundas reacciones: After getting over the lighter consistency I noticed it really helped moisturize my dry skin, which is what is more important… It definitely does not moisturize for 24hrs like it claims but it does for a solid hour or two but then again my hands are REALLY dry at the moment. It might work differently on your skin type. Just like it claims it has a very clean non-greasy feel.

Después de superando la consistencia mas delgada note que si era hidratante para mis manos secas, que es lo más importante… No funciona por 24hrs como promete pero si por una hora completa o dos pero como he dicho mis manos están MUY secas al momento. A la mejor funcione diferente en tu tipo de piel. Como promete se siente limpio y no es grasoso.

Con:

-Doesn’t moisturize 24hrs, but can any lotion really do that?! / No es hidrante por 24hrs, ¡¿pero cuál crema en verdad puede hacer eso?!

-I would like a thicker consistency but that is just me being picky… / Me gustaria que la crema sea más espesa pero esto es solo yo siendo exigente…

Pro:

-Light formula / Fórmula delgada

-Mosturizes / Hidrante

-Helps sooth dry skin / Ayuda a la piel seca

-Clean Non-greasy feel / Se siente limpia y no es grasosa

-Sentless / Sin Aroma

Last Words/ Ultimas palabras: Even though I liked it in the end, I think I will stick to Aveeno just because I like a thicker consistency.

Aunque al final me gusto, creo que me quedo con Aveeno porque me gusta mejor la consistencia más gruesa.
